Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused

• In original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items:

• Personalized products

• Used pet products (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
